Every product in this store is a one-time software licence: you pay once per product, and there is no subscription for the software and no forced renewal. Optional managed hosting is a separate, prepaid service. Some products check their licence key with our licence service; the Privacy Policy explains what is sent. The licence terms are in our Terms of Service.

Each purchase is a single-installation licence for one business. If you're running the software for more than one business or site, you'll need a licence for each. Full terms are on our Terms of Service page.

You can modify the source code for your own use — that's the point of including it. What you can't do is resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly publish it, in whole or in part. See the Terms of Service for the full licence.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link and any licence key appear on your order page and are emailed to you. Keep that email — it's your ongoing access to your downloads and keys. If you created an account, everything is also under My account.

Standard cPanel / shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or higher. No database server to configure, no Docker, no DevOps — if you can upload files and unzip them, you can run it. Unzip the download, upload the files to your hosting account, then open the app in your browser and follow the first-run setup to create your admin account.

Check your confirmation email first — search for our store name. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order ID (from your confirmation email) and the email address you used at checkout, and we'll get you sorted.

Payments are processed securely through our integrated payment options. Prices are shown at checkout in the store currency, and you're responsible for any taxes that apply in your own jurisdiction.

Because these are digital products delivered immediately with full source code, refunds are limited: once a download link has been accessed, the sale is considered fulfilled, and we don't offer refunds for change of mind after download.

You may be eligible for a refund if you never received a working download link, were charged more than once for the same order, or the software fundamentally can't run on standard cPanel / PHP 7.4+ shared hosting and we can't resolve it with you — requested within 7 days of purchase. Contact us with your order ID (or the email you used at checkout) and a brief description of what happened. Duplicate charges caused by a technical error are eligible for a refund — see the Refund Policy.

No — you can check out as a guest and your download link and licence key are emailed to you either way. Creating an account just gives you one place to see your order history and re-download past purchases under My account.
