How a day at the desk works

• Intake. Log an incoming parcel with an automatically generated tracking number and a shelf or bin location.
• Notify. Send an arrival notice by WhatsApp or email when the package is in.
• Find it fast. Scan or search at pickup instead of walking the shelves.
• Release. Capture the recipient’s signature on a tablet and release with a full audit log.
• Fees and overdue items. Charge pickup and storage fees and flag parcels that have been waiting too long.

What you need first

Parcels is an add-on that unlocks inside CWPOS with your licence key, so you need CWPOS (version 1.3.0 or newer, per the product page) on hosting that meets its requirements: PHP 7.4 or higher on standard cPanel / shared hosting, no database server required.
